Collective reprocessing:
an elevated consciousness protocol
Begin your journey of connecting to and expanding your consciousness using the principles of EMDR today.
A NEW paradigm to support OUR HUMAN EXPERIENCE
Throughout my professional therapist career, I have worked diligently with trauma. When I experienced EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), spontaneous imagery emerged that I had never actually seen before, yet knew innately what it represented. When I inquired the mentors I was training with what occurred, I was met with a smile, shrug, and a “it’s part of the process.”
When my clients began having similar experiences, that answer no longer sufficed. The knowledge that was taken from these images was so potent, it by itself, gave information that naturally challenged the assertions one was seeking to change. Around the same time my PhD coursework led me to study Carl Jung. In one of his Kundalini yoga lectures to Western Doctors and scholars, Jung speaks to the Eastern practices and theory inapplicable to Western medicine as the foundational principals of each - illness versus innate wisdom - are opposite each other.
In a time of our human evolution where the distrust of the medical system is at its highest, it’s time for a new paradigm that supports the current uprise in consciousness.
No longer are the mental health diagnosis and medication management model supporting our experience as humans. It is time for an approach that honors the wisdom of our essence as spirit, and the innate knowledge that runs through our body.
If you’re feeling the call to explore a new lens and understanding of healing, I invite you to join us for an inner experience that will connect you to the innate wisdom that lives within.
A Jungian approach to EMDR
Each of us carries within, the power to alchemize our emotional experiences. When we change our perception of self, we dismantle old belief systems that keep us engaged in structures that reinforce our victimhood. I refer to this Jungian approach to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing as Collective Reprocessing.
I do not own the information in this protocol, nor did I create it. I have learned this information through my own knowledge, curiosity, and direct application. I believe that everything we are in search of resides inside of us. It is my hope through this lens and application that each individual who chooses to embark on a journey of self discovery, finds this Truth within them as well.
Consciousness is that which we are aware of regarding our internal and external worlds. Our unconscious is that which we are not aware of within these worlds but still exists. When we are born until about the age of 7, we remain in Theta brain wave states which is the state of hypnosis. In this state of consciousness we are constantly taking in information and making neural connections as we learn and develop. Most of us go through life running with the same automatic routines and patterns, deep within our unconscious psyche, until something happens where those automatic patterns don’t work for us in the way that it has. Here, an opportunity presents itself where we are faced with a choice - continue with the unconscious programming, or make the unconscious conscious so we can begin to be the cause of the effect we seek in life.
Carl Jung describes two aspects of the unconscious minds that act as warehouses of limitless information. The first, our Personal Unconscious, is where our individual experiences in this lifetime are held. Think of this as your long term memory. The second, our Collective Unconscious, holds ancestral memories and experiences that are common to all humankind. It is the energetic field that unites us all as one. It is made up of a collection of knowledge and imagery that every person is born with and is shared by all. In moments of crisis, it’s believed we can tap into its whirlpool of information that presents itself as thoughts, images, tastes, sounds, scents, and felt-sensations.
About MEGAN-Marie: ZUZEVICH
This is the section where most people speak about their credentials, experience, and education. Though I am a traditionally trained clinical therapist with 8 years of post-graduate experience, I no longer identify with the title therapist or letters LMFT that go after most therapists' names.
My spiritual journey led me to my own health and healing journey. Finding little support in the system in which I was trained and practiced in, I sought alternative methods. Here, I found knowledge and healing in ways I didn’t even know existed. These journeys opened me up to having a number of awakenings regarding the inadequacies of the mental health field and the education system that trained me. It was in this journey that I came upon a profound truth: our body only knows healing.
Consider that for a moment. We are a society constantly searching for unconditional love from others, not realizing that the vessel in which we live is always working towards growth, healing, and homeostasis. Unfortunately, the socially appropriate ways to live don’t always support this. What we experience that Western medicine would call “symptoms” are actually the effect of a cause. When we reclaim our health agency, we become the cause of the effect we seek.
I believe that it is time for each of us to reclaim our mental health by taking radical responsibility for our vessel and the quality of life we live. My hope for Collective Reprocessing is two-fold: that the soul who embarks on this sacred journey of remembering their true essence, experiences the totality of themselves and the positive impact of their remembrance, extends into the collective.
Are you ready to experience and remember your innateness? Collective Reprocessing is rooted in the Universal Law of One. The Law of One speaks to all of existence being unified. Everything, from ourselves to the Universe is interconnected and part of a whole. When we remember this oneness, I believe we are able to access universal patterns of human experiences that transcend individual consciousness and are shared across cultures and time. These are the experiences found within the Collective Unconscious. .
For those that are ready to remember the Truth of themselves in order to liberate themselves, we invite you to join a Collective Reprocessing Experience today.
Participants in previous experiences have noted the class’s ability to support:
Identifying inner strengths and resources, unique to the growth and changes one desires to make.
Connecting to innate wisdom, synchronicities, messages, and guidance.
Transforming limiting beliefs and moving out of self-sabotaging behavior.
Mobilizing and releasing stagnant energy from the nervous system.
arE you ready to experience your innateness?
curious about 1:1 work with Megan?
For those interested in 1:1 work, I do provide intensive 3 hour sessions for those looking to connect to and begin changing a deeper aspect of themselves. A 3 hour session equates to about 3 to 4 weeks of insights from EMDR, in just one session.
Based on the intention for session, we will utilize the principles of EMDR to connect to 3-5 memories within the unconscious and begin reprocessing or resourcing from those points. As we are working with innate wisdom within the body, what is ready to present itself in context to the intention for session will be accessible.
These session are not talk therapy and are not intended to replace mental health treatment. No diagnosis or insurance reimbursement is provided.
For those interested, a consultation call can be scheduled at the link below.
